![]() There's also Spider Solitaire 2 Suit where two suits (e.g. One Suit Spider solitaire - also 104 cards but only one suit (e.g. But you can play solitaire online two other ways. This is called 4 Suit Spider solitaire and it's the most challenging variation. One of the moderately difficult solitaire games, Spider is played with two standard 52-card decks (no Jokers). So the aim of the Klondike free solitaire game is to eventually take apart all the tableau piles (and empty the stock) by transferring all cards into four stacks (called foundations) in the upper right part, each of the one suit, starting with Aces and ending with Kings. Once you emptied one of the piles completely you can start or move a new pile (or single card) here, starting with a King card. You can move a single card, a part of any pile or a complete pile on top of any other pile, but according to this rule - alternate colors and downwards order. Contrary to that the tableau piles are built down by alternate colors. Foundations are built up by suit, starting from Ace, then Two, Three and up to King. Your goal in free Klondike solitaire is to build the four foundations (in the rectangles in the upper right part). The remaining cards are placed in the stock at the upper left of the layout (face down). In each pile, all of the cards are placed face down except for the last one which is upturned. From left to right, each column contains one more card, so the first one contains just one card, the second one - two cards and so on. After shuffling, a tableau is set up with seven columns of cards. You play this free Klondike Solitaire with a standard 52-card deck (no Jokers). I don't know if that helps you any, it is just my opinion.Probably the favorite free online solitaire among players. I just count myself lucky to clear the board most of the time. I play just to enjoy and beat my own last score (whatever they use for calculations). And I have gotten the highest score possible once, never again since. Even though we have tips that can help our scoring, it doesn't seem like it can work all the time, which is probably natural. There seems to be so many factors involved, speed of connection, my speed in playing and the odd calculations, it is not worth worrying over. I have actually given up worrying about the score and just play. Maybe not this game, but some others I have noticed that they have more levels than our games. ![]() I have wondered if those games somehow have different rules. ![]() Others have also said about different games, that they may be taking scores from the same game played at other places that are done by Arkadium. So, I either quit or just go real slow as to use the card if I can before moving it to the right. The card on the left pile, when moved to the right side will go under the top card (the top card being one of a pair used to clear a pair on the board and somehow remains there but not able to move or play again) and therefore the card moved can not be clicked to use in upper board. I have even had it glitch once in a while. When I do that, it gives me only the score of what I have cleared, with no calculations. I get a lot of those hands where it is impossible to finish and I just quit the game. Just not always as I think either at the time. I don't seem to notice it as a subtraction at the time. It doesn't always seem like it works right or even makes sense. Then at the end (if you clear all) it does a calculation of how long it took and cards left in the deck and the ones you cleared and whatever else it may do. It does seem weird But as you play you will see your score adding up as you clear cards.
