![]() All in all, a solid and exciting brewery. My only knock? Limited seating and the fact that very few of their beers are for sale in bottles at that location. Delicious! The staff is friendly and best of all, you can pickup most of their beers in small or large growlers. You can order ahead for keg pick-up as well Our retail location can be found directly at our taproom at 87 Santilli Highway. ![]() They constantly are brewing up new beers featuring some quirky ingredients like their recently released Heartside, a winter ale which has a juniper berry finish and which features a very malty, piney combination of flavors. Our Everett taproom is open for to-go sales, including beer, hard seltzer, coffee, wine, spirits, and gift cards. It's a great beer and most batches aren't hot per say, but give you a nice wave of warmth instead. Beer, Beer Garden, Gluten-free Options, Indoor Fireplace, Non-Smoking, Wheelchair Access, Wine. While the first one is a standard, chocolate stout made with Taza chocolate from Somerville, the latter is a rye lager aged with some spicy habaneros. Their claim to fame? Well it's hard to pickout but I'd have to say that their Taza chocolate stout and their Viva Habanera rye ale might be the two flagship ones. They don't have a lot of merchandize to sell however you're free to sample most of their beers on tap including some of their finer and rare ones like their sour Berliner ale. Their tasting room is very limited in space and is often buzzing with a dozen people, especially on Saturdays. Specifically, it is located off of route 16, in a giant industrial hangar of sorts alongside another brewing company known as Idle Hands. This episode features: Night Shift Brewing and Two Roads Brewing Hoppier Days PO Box: 300 Cypress St. (As a bonus, Idle Hands brewery is right next door, so two breweries in one trip if they're open!) ![]() Check out their (not mobile-friendly) website for more information about the beers. They have several tables set up in the middle of the active brewery, and you're welcome to hang out and drink while the brewers work around you. My favorites were the Mosaicnation and the Taza Stout. The beers are all super-drinkable and focus on individual flavors rather than heavy carbonation. I got a Whirlpool (citrus-y pale ale), a JoJo (a pink, floral, hybiscus IPA), a Mosaicnation (belgian double IPA), and a Taza Stout (chocolate-ginger stout). We each got a flight of 4 samples ($6) to get the broad range. Night Shift had several beers on tap (7 or 8), and more in bottles available. The brewery is filled with oak barrels with beer brewing and fermenting, as well as several large fermenting tanks. Three of us swung by on a Tuesday afternoon, (parking in a nearby McDonald's parking lot as Night Shift's website warns to be careful of getting towed at the nearer lot) and found the brewery tucked away in the back of a semi-sketchy warehouse. Definitely worth the trip out.A friend recommended Night Shift as a great place to stop by while in Boston for a couple days of vacation.
